Co- Founder & Chief Political Correspondent

Richard Baehr is the co-founder of the AmericanThinker.com website, and is AT’s Chief Political Correspondent. He has written articles for the Wall Street Journal, Investors Business Daily, the Jerusalem Post and the Chicago Tribune. Richard writes and publishes a commentary on the Middle East and American politics which is distributed by email and also writes regularly for Pajamas Media and the Israeli paper, Israel Hayom. Richard was recently named a Distinguished Fellow of the Jewish Policy Center, and has been a panelist for Jewish Policy Center Forums along with Michael Medved, John Podhoretz, David Horowitz, Caroline Glick and Clifford May. He has been a guest on many talk radio programs including those hosted by Michael Medved, Dennis Miller and Milt Rosenberg. Richard is a management consultant in the health care field, and is the President of Richard A. Baehr & Associates. Earlier in his career he served as partner in charge of health care consulting in the Midwest for Ernst & Young, and as chief operating officer for Amherst Associates, a national health care consulting and software firm. Richard is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management and Kenyon College.
